Kirk and Shirley Sidley started Picture Perfect in 1984. Their goal was to offer the finest photofinishing services in the Portland area, with the best quality and customer service. Since that time Picture Perfect has become the leader in the greater Portland area for digital prints, custom photo restorations and archiving of all varieties.

Kirk has served as President of the Photo Marketing Association International, Chairman of the Independent Photo Imagers and Chairman of the Buck Rogers Group. In 2015 Kirk was inducted to the Hall of Fame. He continues to be increasingly recognized nationally and internationally for his contributions to the photo industry. For seven years Kirk was on the Portland State University Alumni Board. Shirley is a nationally recognized photographer who specializes in images of the world.

Kirk and Shirley's motto for the last 40 years has been "give all our customers the best service and quality everyday."
